Lithiumrack

The Lithiumrack contains up to 10 batteryboards with 42 pcs. standard 18650 batteries what are worldwide high available. This results in low cost of energy storage. However, every batteryboard can store 300 Wh. Every board contains a security circuit what detects short circuits, over currents, over voltages, under voltages and over temperatues. The individual board will be switched off if one of the faults will be appear and will be "back to work" if the fault is not present anymore. However, a 10 Ampere fuse is implemented on every batteryboard as well. 3 led´s on every board will indicate the status of the board.

The maximum capacity is 3 kWh for one rack. The lcd display will indicate the momentary voltages, currents, temperature as well as the statusbyte of the 10 balancer on the boards and the number of batterycycles of the individual boards. A 1,5mm front cover in steel is include in order to pass high safety standards.
